Hotspot services want to be in touch with end users. HS Network Manager allows the organization of the direct and automatic communication by SMS and E-mail. End users receive the welcome message, hotspot credentials, notices of service payments and expirations. Everything can be customized to keep in contact with customers.
The user registration can be directly by SMS, so he asks for credentials through a SMS to the hotspot. Otherwise the form registration can include a SMS confirmation received by the new user. Shown below and example: "Welcome in Venice hotspot service! Here your username and password. U: JohnSmith P: 160514. Have a nice day!" Now the end user is able to log in to the service. The user will receive alert messages with a suggestion or advices, for example when the hotspot credit is going to expire.
